C Skills #2 - Serve & Return (Members Only)

The Serve is the opening of each rally, and the one time during the game that you have complete control of the ball. In this class, we will drill to help you achieve a consistent serve deep into your opponent’s court. The student will practice low, hard returns, as well as higher, softer returns which provide more time to get to the No Volley Zone (NVZ) line.

The class will be held indoors at the PIP Moyer Recreation Center.  The class is limited to 12 people, and you must pre-register for the class on the website.  Students do not need to pay a drop-in fee when they enter Pip Moyer for this class.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $10 fee for this class. Unless the class is cancelled by the instructor, the fee is non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance).

Please arrive on time for the class. You must provide your own paddle for this class and bring your own water.

Note: if the class is cancelled for any reason, there will be no make-up class. Cancellations will be emailed no less than one hour before the scheduled start of class. Please sign up for the next scheduled class for this subject.
