Playing from the baseline requires shot preparation and control. This clinic will teach you the fundamentals of playing from the baseline, including techniques to help you develop confidence and consistency in your shots as well as strategies to transition from a defensive position to an offensive one. The clinic will also teach you how to move as a team toward the Non-Volley Zone and how to anticipate your opponent’s next move. Using drills and game-like scenarios, we will focus on understanding when to hit a drive or a drop shot and implement the fundamental techniques for both.
