Playing from the baseline requires a combination of power, spin and control to keep your opponents off-balance and force them to make errors. This clinic will teach you how to add more power and spin to your shots, including techniques for generating more paddle head speed, spin and consistency. The clinic will also teach you how to identify and anticipate different types of shots hit at you and how to choose your best response for each situation. Using intense drills and game-like scenarios, we will focus on understanding when to hit a drive or a drop shot and how to execute each shot with precision. Players will take a more strategic approach to the Baseline, focusing on the shift from a defensive position to an offensive one, getting off the baseline to get to the kitchen.

Clinic cancellation policy: In the event that we have to cancel a clinic due to weather or player health and safety concerns, payments will be credited to the member’s APC account to use for a future event.
