Learn the fundamental mechanics needed to play confidently at the Non-Volley Zone. You will learn how to execute volleys, drop shots, and dinks with purpose. Emphasis will be placed on proper paddle position as well as your position on the court. Students will participate in drills that focus on lifting from the shoulder, contacting the ball in front, and capitalizing on opponents’ mistakes. Based on their progress as a group, students will play challenging games designed to put their new skills to use..
