APC Members: Your Participation in the APC Annual Membership Meeting is Needed - Please RSVP
You are invited to take part in one of the most important events of our year—the 2026 APC Annual Membership Meeting, and we need you there in person. Our bylaws require a minimum of 50 people in attendance to establish a quorum and conduct club business.
If you can't be there in person, please download, print, complete this proxy form, and give it to somebody to bring to the Annual meeting. All completed proxies will count towards the 50 person minimum.

Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Immediately following the meeting, please join us for a casual gathering at Miller’s Ale House to continue the conversation and enjoy time with fellow members.
Why Your Attendance Matters
This meeting is where our members shape the future of APC.
We will be:
- HIghlighting the club’s major accomplishments in 2026
- Sharing our focus and strategic direction for 2027
- Voting on the 2027 budget and any additional items requiring membership approval
- Announcing the results of the 2027 Election of APC Board Officers and Directors
- Note: The 2027 election of APC Board Officers and Directors is being done electronically only. All current paid APC members will receive an email on or about October 1, 2026 that includes the ballot for voting, so be on the lookout for that email. Be sure to vote prior to 6:00 PM on Monday, November 16.
Your in-person participation ensures that APC continues to grow, improve, and represent the needs of our entire community. We truly need your voice, your vote, and your presence.
