    I see my check has not been received yet either. I’m out of state with no checks until Feb. 1. As soon as I return I will send another check. Thanks.

    Joy,

    You can resend the payment to the PO Box 4684, Zip 21403.  The USPS in Eastport seems to have resolved its issues with processing the mail to the Club for those payments mailed after December 24th.  Some payments sent in mid-December were returned to sender and others from that time period are only now appearing in the box.

    Hi Tom,

    Today I received my check back in the mail as undeliverable.

    The address I used was PO Box 4684, Annapolis

    is there another address I should use to send it back in?

    Diana Crompton stopped by the post office this morning for the first time since Monday. There were 18 envelopes in the box with checks dated between December 10 and 20. Yeah!!!!  Many names I recognize from my list of missing checks and there were some I had not known about. Rose Stevenson was not among them. I will contact those found individually today and will cc Annapolis Pickleball to keep you in the loop 
    I will be playing pickleball Friday in case any of you are holding payments.

    Joy,

         We are experiencing some problems with the mail that is being sent to the post office box.  Some of the very first mails sent have yet to be found by the USPS.  Randomly, some of the later ones get delivered to the box and others do not.

         Rest assured that this will NOT impact your membership.  We are working now to straighten this out and in no way will you be penalized for these start up abnormalities.  Bare with us at least through the end of the month as we work through the problem.

    In terms of your email, the last email that you should have received would have been the announcement for the Happy Hour sent out on 1/7/2019.  My log shows that you received that email and opened it.  Is that not correct?  You might also want to check your Spam folder.

    Hi, I also mailed my check back in December and it has not been cashed and my status says not paid.

    Also, other members are receiving emails about the website, I have received nothing since the original roll out email.
