The lock box for the keys at Cypress Creek combination lock box number is not working. If it has been changed, can it please be updated on the website for Cypress Creek Park?

Several people showed up at Cypress Creek today and could not get into the lockbox to set up the nets to play today including myself who has played there many times.

We could strengthen security as it relates to our lockboxes and access to club equipment.  I suggest replacing the existing lockboxes with smart lockers (think Amazon Hub Locker) for the following reasons:

1. Controlled access to club equipment using digitally assigned access codes per individual 
2. Chain of custody on an individual basis for each item checked out
3. Realtime, automated reservation system to balance supply and demand
4. Expand equipment access to include the ball machine

I have canvassed three vendors to assess possible locker configurations, costs and software solutions. I will update you with my findings when able. This proposal can be very expensive ($10-20k) but worth consideration.
