Also just tell me when we are running low on balls. we have them in storage and I replenish when I see they are low, but am not on site every day.

Tin buckets were put there during the tournament to hold balls during play. they should not be used for overnight storage.

Small tin buckets attached to nets, are empty, many times.  Some days the tins are full; did APC supply these tin bucket balls?  Are members supposed to supply their own ball? If so, why are the tin buckets necessary? Members keep their own balls, do not place in the tin buckets.  Many times we are scrambling to find a ball to use for games.  Hence, a few of us have donated balls for Truxton APC members, but  then the balls are gone after 1 or 2 weeks; many balls became cracked then discarded.  How can we help keep a sufficient supply of balls?  Can a Team Reach message inform all on how to keep a sufficient amount of balls?  I, for one, am willing to help with this matter, my small contribution to the club.
